When you call HEJ Coffee there’s no choosing from three options, no faceless call centre. Within three rings you will be through to Daisy (or another human being if she’s nipped off for a caffeine fix) who will help you with your query and tell you what will happen and when.

The person who installs and maintains your machine is a qualified technician, a trained Barista and an ardent coffee lover. That means your machines work properly, you get the training you need and everyone always gets a great tasting cup of coffee.
